my son is 22months.He is very active and playful boy but can't talk yet..sometimes he says only baba,ma,nana..toomuch worry for this matter..kindly guide this matter

A. try to interact more with the baby take the help of a speech therapist Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for investigations also
