my son is 22 months old bt doesnt speak except few words dada mama papa.. i tried to practice alot wid him, read books to him bt nothng has helped so far.. plz suggest wat i can do for his speech

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum is even at this age your child is not speaking few words as well and in spite of trying everything nothing is working then definitely this is the high time that you should consult with the speech specialist he will do some therapies as well as boost up the confidence in the baby
