Q.
My son is 21 months Old... He is not talking much words... He just says amma, pappa, akka, anna, mama... Like rhyming words around 20 words... But he understands my instructions and does that and he can listen to even very small sounds around him... I am not sure why is he not attempting to talk new words.. He points out what he wants but when i ask him to say.. He is not willing to.. Is that to worry about? Kindly clarify

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello if the baby is able to speak some words atleast then encourage your child and give it more opportunity to speak and most ba g will be able to speak sentences with two words or three words at the age 2 but can be delayed in some kids and any concern then check with your doctor
