Q.

my son is 20months old. He has got only 5 teeth so far. Is it normal or should I need to give him any tonic or calcium for easy growth of his teeth

A. Hi kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 years.. so wait and gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip to facilitate the eruption process of remaining milk teeth

A. It is perfectly normal. Primary teeth may take almost 3 years to come. Give a balanced diet containing all food groups. You can also give foods rich in calcium. There is no need to worry. Please maintain proper dental hygiene.
