my son is 20 months old if I introduce any food he has gas I give him bonnisen is it safe to give him every night plz suggest me wht shd I give him for gas so he can sleep well

Hello ma’am Yes it is a completely safe medicine to give to the child so you can give it every night but I would like to tell you since your child is two years plus try to add ginger as it dry ginger powder into every single food that you’re giving to the child into every single vegetable and add little bit of carrom seeds to the dough from which you are preparing Chapati for your child
