Q.
My son is 2 yrs and 2 months old. He doesn't chew his food but just swallows it. He's active otherwise. please advise how can I teach him to chew?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear avoid giving soft and mushy food as child tends to swallow it
let child self feed give finger foods
keep trying and also try to explain that now child has teeth to chew and is a big boy/girl
show by your example all should sit together for meal
avoid gadgets during meal time
