my son is 2 yrs 9 months old, he had food poisoning yesterday,symptoms are vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain and fever and crying continuously, Kindly recommend what kind of medicines and food we can give to him thank u

This may require proper evaluation, so to clear your doubts regarding this and to receive proper information you should consult your noffpediatrician/concerned doctor who will guide you in a proper way and will also suggest proper investigation if so required after clinical examination and taking detailed history. That will be a better approach for a proper treatment regarding this.
