my son is 2 yr and 10 months old and by the last 4 months he is frequently suffering from fever. but that fever lasts in 1 or 2 days. is there anything to worry about the same?

A. frequently suffering with fever as it is summer now may be because of dehydration,if baby is getting tired then may be dear it will need proper check up examination and accordingly treatment
