my son is 2 yr 6 m old, but facing a speech delay problem, limited words say like mummy, papa, didi etc.. clearly but during teaching he does not reply the words. but he is very acting in playing activities. he take limited type food like daal chawal & milk.

A. hello most kids will be able to speak sentences with two to three words by age 2 n can be delayed in some kids n give it more opportunity n encourage the baby to speak
