my son is 2 years old now, he is prouncing single words like Amma, baba but he is still not constructing sentences, is there anything to worry, and what all we can do to encourage his talking, (medicine, activities or anything else), please advice

A. Hello, your baby boy is 2 years old and he can utter only monologues words like papa and mamma etc but no sentences so it is not normal at this age so consult with speech therapist
