Q.

My son is 2 years old. He seems to be lactose intolerant and doesn't take milk or any milk product. Is there anything else we can feed him as a substitute?

A. dear does your child have dislike for milk ok or or develops symptoms like stomach discomfort after having milk? lactose intolerant children can tolerate curd you can give soybean and almond milk but non flavoured one. other sources of calcium almonds, amaranth or rajgira vegetable and atta, ragi, drumstick leaves, mustard greens, broccoli, okra, fish with Edible Bones, adequate exposure to sunlight
