Q.

my son is 2 years old he is repeating first letter of sentence. previously he pronounces good but from last 4 days this is happening. can you please help me.

A. Stuttering often starts when children are 2-4 years old. Stuttering that continues into primary school can become a problem, so it's important to seek help. If you notice that your child has a stutter, contact a speech pathologist.
