Q.

My son is 2 years old. He does not chew his food..if the food is not mashed properly then he vomits it. He does not bite any food though he has got maximum of his teeth...he does not try to hold any food...he has not started talking yet...he only says mamma baba ....please help...

A. hi first ,to make your child chew food well ,I advise to increase food consistency gradually. initially, give food in liquid consistency after that give food in Lumpy or mashed form and then so on. you can encourage your child by serving finger food items like variety of fruits ,boiled veggies or snacks like dates ladoo (see it's recipe in my profile) , besan ladoo , golpappdi etc
