my son is 2 years and 4 months old and I want to know if there are still any teeth pending to come out? he keeps on putting his fingers in the mouth.

Counter teeth it should be 20 by completing the age of three years as a lot of parents do not know that initial number of teeth are 20 so if your child has completed that then it is probably due to some issue that your child is facing otherwise the more are about to come
