Q.
My son is 2 years and 4 months old and he eats very little food in a day and he is also not catching growth, so please tell any syrup or tab to grow properly and to increase his diet....

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. what's his weight.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Give natural foods only avoid medications. Give your kid the food they love to have. Dont force feed they won't have. Have a weekly plan that won't repeat any food again. Make it colorful, attractive, see what other healthy alternatives can be given
