My son is 2 years 2 months old. he is not speaking . while consulting doctor, they said that my son s having mild autism. please suggest and guide me how to come out from this and training for the same.

A. doctor will better guide you.. you should give quality time to baby encourage the baby.. yes go for training, few session the baby will get benefit with that.. take care..
