My son is 2 year old .. daily 3 times motion like litle watery and smell .. doctor gave medicine for infection but dint not get proper what to do pls help

You should give more of liquid base diet currently which would actually be very healthy for the child as of now you can give soup you can give buttermilk coconut water these things are going to be helpful and slowly gradually the appetite will reach to its original place as it is meant to be
