my son is 2 year 7 months he is preterm and has mild autism doctor suggested to give cord liver oil how many quantity do we need to give him on daily basis please advise

Take assessment from Developmental peadiatrician or child psychiatrist to detect the autism spectrum and about the therapy need to be done.
