My son is 2 year 6 month old and suddenly he started talking like prolongated words since past 4 days. mmm..mango...hhhhh...Huggie like this. Should I be worried

A. hi dear There is an approximate number of words that children of a particular age can say. For example, children that are around a year and a half old can say over 20 words, and children between 1.5 and 2 years old can say over 50 words. Anything less than that is slightly concerning and asks for a therapist's attention.
