My son is 2 ur old having rashes with mild fever, what could the reason for this

A. These rashes are happening because of the medicine that you are giving because fever medicine sometimes can generate a lot of heat in the body and fever could be due to viral or weather change also so you can just give paracetamol and apply calamine lotion on the body
