Q.
my son is 2 months old..he wants bf always at least for his comfort..can I use Chicco pacifier? does it harm my baby later in any matter? does it affect my breastfeeding?

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist8 years agoA. avoid using it. it may interfere with breastfeeding, also try to find out the cause of crying in babies instead of suppressing it. later on itmay become difficult to remove this habit. slowly decrease the habit of comfort sucking , also as baby grows they get distracted by number of things forgetting comfort sucking. also they use their fingers to soothe themselves.
