my son is 2 months old he hasn't pooped since last 5 days passing gas with full body streching nd grunting all the time

But that is completely normal there is no problem in this no need not worry about it as kids can go without pooping for 10 to 12 days also at a stretch but if the child is taking feeding properly the urine output is good then there is no problem little bit of normal
