my son is 2 months 5 days old , his birth weight is 2.5kg . he s a premature baby delivered at 36 week. what are all necessary syrups I have to give.dr has given calcimax d ,astymin c,mim z syrups but calcimax d says above 2+years .is it required to give all the 3? he gained good weight he s 5 kg now .I am confused

A. Hello dear parent, you just need to feed your child regukaand a prescribed by the doctor. Also.give him all.the supplements like iron,calcium and vitamin etc prescribed by the doctor only. Do not self medicate. These are good for his health.
