Q.

my son is 2 months. 4 kg. Born at 35 weeks 3 days. 2.5 kg. Due to Rh incompatibility, dct positive, he went through exchange transfusion. cord blood hb was 14.4 and 13.6 after exchange transfusion and is on iron supplements now. when will he be normal? what about positive dct?

A. proper history of baby and also but history along with the treatment history to be known to comment properly. personal examination is necessary. Consult your doctor who will examine the baby and will advise you with further management and investigations if any required because without examination it is difficult to comment on the current situation
