A. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver. its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may be aggravating factor. proper burping affdter each feed is very important. Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial. Also colicaid drops can be given.

A. Bonnisan You can give to your child five drops maximum three times in a day see it is a medicine which will help in settling down colic pain and gas issues in child and if your child is passing good amount of gas that means there is no stomach pain so it’s actually overall a good sign only so that’s fine you do not have to worry about it
