My son is 2.9years old and he is having fever and severe cough so he is on Calpol 250 and ascoril ls junior syrup. But from last 10hours he has not urinated. What should I do now.

A. Hi mom it means your baby is dehydrated. Increase the water intake of ur baby and other fluids coconut water, soup etc to keep your baby hydrated. This will help to pass out urine. take care and all the best
