my son is 2.8 months old ..he has a black mark on his molar tooth ..it is dangerous to him..its painful or not?

Mam without proper assessment I cannot tell you what maybe the situation you will have to get it checked with the dentist on that as they can only confirm and if any treatment would be required if they find any problem then they will recommend you according to that
