Q.

My son is 2.5 yrs old. He is taking 7ml Omnacortil Forte syrup on alternate days for Nephrotic Syndrome. Today he has mild fever but being a Sunday none of the doctors are available. A. hi,your child is 2.5 years old and is case of nephrotic syndrome.omnacortil is a steroid which is drug of choice for the treatment.Generally patients on steroid do not get fever.for time being continue giving paracetamol but visit tomorrow itself to your pediatrician and get checked as your child might be having infection
