My Son is 2.4yrs old.. Do we have health checkup for kids like how we do Master health checkup.

How to reduce anger in kids.. my son keeps playing well but all of a sudden behaves weird and starts throwing the objects , if someone touches it he licks that object and throws it away...some say he is not normal but some people say he is just a kid he'll be alright as he grows up.. am much worried about his behaviour at this age
