my son is 2.4year old he is suffering from fever frequently 1,month give antibiotic fever is control next 2days fever is come again but blood test urine test is normal and red blood cells are low in report.he is weak and not eating food why the reason and give solution

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. You should try to build his immunity abd for now start his iron supplements as this can also be the reason if frequently falling sick and give iron rich foods and Vitamin C fruits for better iron absorption
