Q.

my son is 2.4 yr old now ,very active,healthy but still not speaking to us ,good eye contact very naughty all time doing mischief. talks to himself like 1,23456 then abcdef listen to all poems and all and try to repeat only concern he is not calling me mama or him papa ,he is busy in his own world is this fine,?

A. If there is any kind of delay then please visit child developmental doctor, they will do the proper developmental assesment.

A. that's fine proper language / speech development will start between 18 months of age to 3 years of age. there is no need to worry before that just concentrate on the diet and regular interaction with the child. also speech and language develops properly with more people available to interact with the child avoid usage of tv mobile and laptop because they are the most common reasons for delayed speech and language development. the most important thing is that before speech, understanding of the commands given by the parents should be present. by 18 monthsv if the child is not following basic commands then only you have to meet the doctor for speech and development assessmentv. requirement of speech therapy will also be discussed by your doctor.
