Q.

My son is 1yr 5 mnths old, he tripped and fell day before yesterday and hurt his right leg. There is no swelling or any injury or pain when we touch the ankle or foot area. But he limps while walking. His pead said to apply voilin. But Could there be any internal injuries?

A. In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so ift is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .iy

A. hi dear If your child's heart isn't pumping blood efficiently, blood can build up in the parts of their body furthest from the heart, such as the legs, ankles, and feet. This puts increased pressure on the tiny blood vessels called capillaries, which may begin to leak blood into the nearby tissues, causing swelling.
