Q.

my son is 1year and 1 month old from yesterday he is having cold and cough. I have visited my child doctor. can I know what kind of soup, lunch recipe can be given during this time.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 13 months old and of cough and cold so continue his medicine and give him warm milk with turmeric powder twice a day and warm corn soups

A. You can give simple mild food like soups, rasam with rice. Something warm you can prefer homemade simple warm foods will help your baby. Avoid processed junk food to your baby it will help take care.
