NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello do not give any medicine unless it is prescribed by your doctor as the medicine can vary depending on if it is allergic cof wet cof or a dry cough.. try to give your child warm fluids which can help and also check with your doctor and she can advise your accordingly
