My son is 18months old his is coughing in night very badly… while coughing his doing vomit and his nose is also very runney which syrup can u give him

Mam you should consult the doctor seems like there’s a deep congestion that your child is having which is why this is happening they’ll help you with proper medicines along with that nebulising the child is also going to be very benefiting because that helps a lot and clearing the congestion from throat of the child
