my son is 18 months old. but he is not able to speak. he tells something which is not understanding, but not speaking 2,3 letter words also. its worrying me, please suggest what I have to do to teach him.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. it's fine you should not worry about it is it is completely normal you can wait for three years of age of child to speak in complete sentences consult your doctor for further queries

It’s Find because a lot of kids take some more time than usual to start talking with more of words in general normally kids start to say certain words by the age of eight months or nine months and that increase over the period but as of now if your child is in speaking much do not worry about it there’s nothing to be worried about just consult your paediatrician ones
