my son is 17 months old and he barely speaks 2-3 words( not meaning full word) He speaks only ba..baa,,mam..mam., Bo..bol Is that okay for his age?? I m so worried about it. Should I consult speech therapist or wait till he turns 2 . He speaks all vowels randomly

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello most babies will be able to speak sentences with two words or three words at the age 2 and can be delayed in some kids also and of the child is active then not a problem and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you and als encourage your child and give it more opportunity to speak
