Q.
My son is 16 months old.His stomach gets upset very soon. Whenever I give him veggies in food he poos several times.I feel his digestion is low.Plz help me so that I can offer him all veggies n fruits.

Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products
Take a good care of your baby
Do tummy time regularly
