my son is 15 months now bad spell is coming out from his mouth. any suggestions please. also please guide me to clean his tongue. thank you

A. Hello, your baby boy is 15 months old and he is having a halitosis so clean his tongue and mouth and don’t give him any sweet so that bacteria may grow in his mouth
