Q.

my son is 14 months old. what should I give him for improving immune system???

A. you can ask a doctor but if I suppose to say then I give my child (she is 1 year 2 months old) one apple(puree) and one banana (mashed) daily and as she wake so early in morning so that time I give her one or half bowl of Dahlia /oats/suji likewise.

A. to improve immunity system.. firstly hygiene has to be taken good care of.. give seasonal fruit, citrus fruits, all leafy vegetables, rooty vegetables, nuts and seeds , dry fruit .. tumeric milk, curd honey.. tulsi water..
