my son is 14 months old. He is not taking food well. In the whole day intake, he takes 80% milk. I add turmeric, dates, saffron and almond milk in cow milk for him. he takes about 400-500 ml milk a day. Is it fine to have this much of milk? He do potty twice/thrice a day. No other issues.
