my son is 14 months old ..give me a brief dieat chart breakfast , lunch , evening nd dinner .and milk powder.please suggest

Will practically you should be giving each and every thing to the child that you are traditionally cooking at home the routine food that we eat ourselves for breakfast lunch and dinner is the right food to be given to the child after the age of 10 months itself
