my son is 14 month old he is not walking neither his teeth are coming.... we can see his teeth a little bit when open his mouth but not properly... he is havinv calcium and multivitamin.... is it because he was on top feed

A child can attend his milestone by the time of 17 months in both of the cases the child should learn to walk independently and should have its first teeth by that age and if that does not happen then in that case you can consult your doctor regarding that
