My son is 13montgs old, I have started giving amul red packet milk from past one week. Now I am giving 1/4th cup milk daily once. I want to know what is correct time to give him milk. As soon as he wake up, at 11am or at 5pm and how much?

A. you can give milk whenever the child is comfortable and wants to take the milk. the better option would be just before playing activity of the child. it will help in proper digestion of the food but if you feel that the child is hungry and wants to take milk you can operate anytime
