my son is 13 months old he had fever cold cough 14 days ago Dr suggested to calpol drops and piriton syrup for 3 days but the fever came 🔙 then again Dr suggested to give calpol drops and Relent syrup after giving him also cough chest conjunction is high level he is straining alot when he his I'm not understanding in what pain he is

A. probably there is need to take both nepulization and antibiotic. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
