my son is 12 years old. Saturday evening he is having some pimples on his body. full body cover up in pimples.

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. having small pimples that is spreading out all over the body it may be allergies or skin infection visit the doctor and treatment accordingly maintain hygiene you can use lacto calamine lotion on rashes
