My son is 12 months old. He Stoll has no teeth and also I have noticed a single white strand of hair on his head. Could all this be because of some deficiency? What should I do about this?

A. Hi babies usually start getting their first milk teeth as early as 4-6 months or lately upto 15-18 months. so don't worry and wait for some more time. for general health checkup please consult with your pediatrician.
