Q.

My son is 11 months old and is having fever 100 degree Celsius. Can I give Meftagesic-DS suspension, and what should be the dose? His weight is around 13 kgs.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 10 months old and he has a fever so you can give him meftal P 3 ml three times a day and plenty of water and fruits juice.

A. ideally whenever the child is having fever you have to give plain paracetamol to the child. if the fever is not responding to paracetamol then only you have to either give Ibuprofen or mefenamic acid.
