Q.

My son is 10days old. He had neonatal hyperbilirubenemia (NNH) and had phototherapy on day 2. On day 5 his bilirubin reached 21mg/dl and had to be in NICU. Now his bilirubin level has dropped to 14.2 mg/dl yet his eyes are still yellow. How long will it take for the eyes to turn white?

A. Hello, your baby boy is newborn just 10 days old and he is having a neonatal jaundice at 21 mg and after phototherapy it’s 14 mg means he is getting out of it
