My son is 10 months old and his head circumference is 44 cms. Is it normal for age or is it worrisome? Is it associated with decreased intelligence? please help me

A. anything that can affect the brain can be associated with decrease intelligence or mental retardation so better to get your baby evaluated by a pediatrician also make sure that baby is achieving all the milestones
